When I first made these for Tammy, we ate so many that we yelled out “No Mas” as we ate the whole batch with butter and Tam’s Jam.
We wanted our first biscuit to be a big hit. So when thinking of a biscuit recipe...bacon, jalapeno, buttermilk came to mind but I also wanted to add cream cheese and cheddar cheese. After months of tweaking recipes and taste tests...we present to you “No Mas”.
