ShadeTree Parker County Rolls

Being that Tammy and I live in Parker County, Texas…we decided to name these rolls…Parker County Rolls. This is our version of Parker House Rolls and pretty much the standard recipe.
A soft yeast roll with sugar and butter that are so soft and will melt in your mouth as we butter the tops of the baked rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.
We serve these rolls for Thanksgiving, Christmas and upon request. And…these rolls make great sliders for burgers, BBQ, and sandwiches. Sometimes we add Jalapeno’s for that Texas Kick.
